QV Systems
We provide different designs of rainscreen systems for most cladding materials. Custom-made fastening solutions are presented in the bespoke section. Detailed information is organized in a product data brochure and a tech catalog. Price quotation for individual project system solutions or standard components such as wall brackets and profiles is upon request. All systems can be engineered using Cascadia fiberglass clips for improved thermal performance.
Description
The QV1.1 system is widely used to attach cladding panels using visible fasteners. In addition, the QV1.1 can serve as the vertical attachment basis for other cladding systems. It is most suitable for concrete and masonry wall substrates. It can be used on a stud wall where the rail location is independent of the joint layout.
The system consists of QVB wall brackets and vertical T and L profiles.
- The vertical profiles are attached to the QVB wall brackets via a series of fixed and flexible connections.
- The flexible connections absorb the wind loads and allow for thermal movement.
- The fixed connections absorb both dead and wind loads.
- The QVB brackets come with a thermal insulator to reduce the thermal bridging and prevent galvanic corrosion.

Description
The QV1.2 system is an exposed attachment system designed for stud walls where horizontal support is required for vertical profiles.
The panels are attached to the vertical profiles using visible fasteners. QV1.2 uses one of the three rail configurations of horizontal and HAT & J vertical profiles:
- The vertical profiles are attached to the horizontal H rail, fixed to the studs via fasteners.
- The vertical profiles are attached to horizontal L clips, fixed to the continuous horizontal T profiles via fasteners. The horizontal T profiles are attached to the studs via fasteners.
- The vertical profiles are attached to the continuous horizontal L profile. The horizontal L profile is attached to horizontal QHB brackets, which are attached to the studs via fasteners.
The profiles are typically provided with slotted holes to absorb the thermal movement of the system.
The QHB brackets come with a thermal insulator to reduce the thermal bridging.

Description
The QV9.3 system is an efficient solution for the mechanical attachment of formed metal panels, utilizing custom hangers. It is most suitable for
concrete and masonry wall substrates but can also be used on a stud wall with the addition of horizontal profiles.
- The QV9.3 system requires formed metal panels to have “keyhole” cutouts that engage with the hangers.
- The panels are suspended on the hangers and secured with fasteners on the top leg of the panel.
- The hangers are attached to the vertical T or L profiles via fasteners, which are attached to the QVB wall brackets via a series of fixed and flexible connections.
- The brackets come with a thermal insulator to reduce the thermal bridging and prevent galvanic corrosion.

Description
The QV9.5 incorporates an attachment system and extruded aluminum panels manufactured by Q-VENT. The panels can be provided in various
shapes, sizes, and finishes. The system allows mounting over multiple substrates.
The extruded panels can be installed vertically or horizontally and mounted onto vertical or horizontal profiles using a specialized clip system.
- In the case of horizontal installation, the panels are installed on vertical profiles, which are attached to the QVB wall brackets via a series of fixed and flexible connections. The brackets come with a thermal insulator to reduce the thermal bridging and prevent galvanic corrosion.
- In the case of vertical installation, the panels are installed on horizontal profiles, which are fixed to the wall via fasteners or other custom configurations.
